Public debriefing on the outcomes of the 63rd BEREC ordinary meetings

On Wednesday, 11 June 2025, at 14:00 CEST, BEREC will welcome all interested stakeholders to its public debriefing on the outcomes of the 63rd BEREC ordinary meetings. 

The BEREC Chair, Robert Mourik (ComReg, Ireland), along with the Co-Chairs of the Working Groups, will present the following adopted documents for public consultations:  

Draft BEREC Strategy 2026-20230
Draft BEREC Guidelines on the coordination of civil works according to Art. 5(6) of the Gigabit Infrastructure Act
Draft BEREC Guidelines on access to in-building physical infrastructure according to Art. 11(6) of the Gigabit Infrastructure Act
Draft BEREC Report on submarine cables connectivity in Europe 

Format of the debriefing

The public debriefing will be live-streamed on the BEREC website. The livestream window will appear on the front page of the BEREC website shortly before the event starts. Confirm your participation by registering, and submit your questions for the speakers using the same form.

Engagement with speakers

During the event, stakeholders may also ask questions via the chat box that will appear next to the livestream window. The speakers will answer the questions submitted during the dedicated Q&A session.

All documents adopted during the BEREC ordinary meetings will be made available on the BEREC website on 10 June 2025, along with a list of other publicly available and related documents. Following the event, BEREC will publish a recording of the event on its website.
